Constructs a ConsumerSubRequest.

Parameters:

topic - The topic identifier the client wishes to subscribe to.

subName - The subscription's name.

selector - The selector for filtering messages, if any.

noLocal - true for not consuming the local messages.

durable - true for a durable subscription.
